*Update from Ukraine🇺🇦*

Children living in conflict areas are by far the most vulnerable sector of the population. As a result, AdventRelief focuses on paediatric healthcare as a priority with all our interventions.

In Ukraine, thanks to the kind financial support of Ukraine Aid International and others, we have been able to continue providing critically needed mental healthcare services to a large orphanage in the southern region. Our child psychologist provides intensive therapy sessions to specific children in the facility dealing with more severe mental health issues. Many of the children in the facility have experienced significant traumatic events since the start of the war, and suffer from mental health conditions directly related to these stressors.

The need for mental healthcare is immense, and we hope to be able to expand this service to other orphanages in the area.

A full week of clinical services for the orphanage costs around USD150 – if you are interested in supporting the expansion of this essential service please visit our website at www.AdventRelief.org/donate.
